A PO allowance counts WooCommerce orders successfully created through PO Inbox, per store, per calendar month in the store’s time zone.
Extra pages, rereading, corrections and failed attempts don’t use the allowance. Combining POs into one created order counts once.
Near the allowance, your store shows a reminder. Orders keep working. There are no automatic overage charges, and local usage counts aren’t sent to us.
Quick Order Pad and Line Sheets have no per-order, catalog-view or PDF-page fee. Paid cloud reading is not included or required.
Before you choose
What does the free trial include?
All three tools, one store, and 14 days of current downloads, updates and email help. No card or purchase email is required. The trial never becomes a paid subscription. Installed local features keep working afterward.
Can I get a refund if it doesn’t fit?
Yes. Email us within 30 days of an initial payment or renewal for a full refund of that payment. You can try the software first; using it doesn’t disqualify you. Read the refund policy.
What happens if I cancel?
Future renewal stops. You keep current downloads, updates and support through the period already paid for. Installed local features keep working. Cancellation alone doesn’t issue a refund.
Can I change plans?
Use the billing portal when paid plans open. Upgrades are prorated and take effect after payment. Downgrades take effect after the current paid period; disconnect extra stores before moving to a smaller store allowance.
Is annual billing the same as a monthly payment?
No. The annual amount is charged as one yearly payment. The monthly option is charged one month at a time. Use the switch above to compare the actual charge.
