A fair chance.
An easy refund.
If it isn’t the right fit, email us within 30 days of an initial payment or renewal. We’ll refund that payment in full.
No call. No unused-software condition.
You can install and use the tools before deciding. You don’t need to prove a defect or give a reason. Send your request to 1andrewb4@gmail.com with the purchase email or invoice number so we can locate and verify it.
What happens next?
We confirm the request by email and issue the refund through the original payment method. Your payment provider or bank determines when it appears in your account. We don’t deduct a processing fee from the refund.
A full refund of the current subscription payment ends its current download, update and support access and stops future renewals. Your installed local software keeps working. Refunds of older payments and partial adjustments are handled according to the payment involved; we explain any effect on access before an adjustment.
Cancellation and refunds are separate.
Cancel whenever you want to stop future renewal. Cancellation keeps access through the paid period and doesn’t automatically refund a payment. For a refund, send the email request above. Billing help →
Your rights still apply.
This voluntary policy adds to, and does not limit, any mandatory rights under applicable law. Contact us about a problem even if you are outside the 30-day window; we’ll review it fairly without promising a refund in every circumstance.
Paid sales are not open yet. This is the customer policy planned for Random Lantern’s launch; no payment is taken by the free trial.
