Getting started

Try it on a staging copy first.

  1. Download the plugin ZIP.

Start the free trial, save your trial key and download the tool you want to try. You don’t need a card.

  2. Install through WordPress.

On your staging store, choose Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin. Select the ZIP, install and activate it. WooCommerce must already be active.

  3. Start with a built-in sample.

Open the tool’s WooCommerce screen. Sample data helps you see the workflow before trying your own documents or product lists.

  4. Connect updates if you want them.

Under WooCommerce → Updates and licenses, enter your trial or purchase key. If a server-address field is shown, use https://randomlantern.io. You can try local features without connecting updates.

  5. Check your own store’s rules.

Test customer prices, taxes, units, variations, stock and other extensions. An order created on a live store can trigger stock changes and other store actions.

Current launch packages require PHP 7.4 or later and WordPress 6.5 and WooCommerce 8.0 or later. Check the included readme for the individual tool’s requirements. A current browser with JavaScript is needed.

We don’t publish a universal accuracy percentage: our fictional benchmark is not proof of accuracy on your customers’ documents. Use your own documents in the trial before paying.

Your subscription

Easy to leave. Easy to ask.

Cancel or change a plan: open Downloads & billing and choose Manage billing in Stripe. Stripe verifies your purchase email. A license key isn’t required to cancel. Paid billing remains closed during launch preparation.

Request a refund: email 1andrewb4@gmail.com within 30 days of the payment. Include your purchase email or invoice number. No call or explanation is required. Full refund policy →

Lost your key? Email us from your purchase address with an invoice or subscription reference. We’ll verify ownership before recovering it. Never send card details, passwords or your Stripe secret key.

When you write

A useful support email can be short.

Tell us which tool you’re using, what you expected, what happened, and your WordPress, WooCommerce and plugin versions. A redacted screenshot or fictional sample is often enough.

Please don’t send customer POs or personal information unless we agree that it’s necessary. Remove names, addresses and other private details first. We won’t ask for unrestricted administrator access in an initial support email.

Support covers installing, configuring and using our tools. Custom development, store administration and support for unrelated extensions aren’t included. If the tool isn’t a good fit, the refund policy is there to help.
